In the blog view Quills will mark-up blog entry titles with H3. This fits not too well with headings inside the blog post, which are by default marked up as H2. This will give the odd experience that first level headings inside the blog post were actually the title of the blog post.

Steps to reproduce:: Create a blog entry. Fill it with some text using Kupu that contains a "heading" marked section. Now go to the blog view.

I see the H3 also in the overview page, which is the main page of my site (quills egg beta 1.7) http://www.duyx.nl/ (using NuPlone).

The blog titles are displayed too small, it is unclear it is a title. The markup of the page looks very strange because of this. I guess the titles should be displayed in H2 ?

The date is displayed big (in H2) underneath is the title of the post (in H3). The title is very small, almost smaller than normal text, only a little more fat.
From the overview of all the blog entries (not from a portlet, but on the middle of the page), it looks not clear what is the title of a post.

This must be easy to fix. What do you think is the appropriate markup for the date and entry-title headings? Both h2?

Is there a reason to postpone the fix to 2.0 rather than 1.7?

Using h2 might be ok. But then, what use for the dates? Also h2? I think, apart from structural correctness of the HTML markup, that the problem can and should be solved on css-level, i.e. scaling all headings of a weblog-entry by a certain percentage, and by making weblog titles alway more prominent than headings inside a post. It is no big deal indeed and should best be done before the 1.7 release.
