Now I've committed my work to "tim2p-towards-1.7" branches of Quills, QuillsEnabled, quills.core, and quills.app, we could really do with a buildout that makes it easy to work with this stuff so that new developers (like timte) can pick up the work.
I don't really know much about buildout, but Justin has volunteered to set this up.

No problem, I will get this taken care of, I have other reasons to get Quills buildouts updated.
