The following methods in interfaces need to be adjusted so that it is possible to explicitly pass in a content-type for weblogentry text.
IWeblogEntry.edit
IWeblogEntry.setText
IWeblog.addEntry
Additionally, a change/addition to IWeblogEntry is almost certainly necessary so that it is possible to retrieve the content-type of the text body, as well.
As this is an interface adjustment, I consider it a blocker to a 1.6 beta release.
