in addition to #100 (discoverable feed links) we should also re-introduce a portlet with clickable links to the various feeds, that we offer (atom, rss, rdf etc.), as well as all other old-style portlets

Agreed. However, it might make sense for this code/template to live in the Vice project rather than in Quills.

the feeds portlet has been added, also the recent comments. what's still missing is the archive portlet. then all old-style portlets have been converted.
