Steps to reproduce:
1. http://centrim.mis.brighton.ac.uk/home/@@manage-portlets

2. left hand side

3. Add portlet…

4. Helpdesk portlet

5. error.

I tried adding at the right instead, I tried at a different path, each time an error occurs.

Error occurs in a clean site with only the one product installed.

To clarify: other products are present in the Plone instance, but in the site that I used for testing, only the one product is in the 'installed' area.

Normally, I would test on a completely clean installation but at the moment (with Mac OS X 10.6.x) I can't do so.

This is now fixed, please see the attached patch and apply. I will make a new release in the near future incorporating this and some other changes.
