Poi should at least support rudimentary reports on tracker activity

Motivation
Reporting on tracker activity will make it easier for developers to track how well they are doing, and for others to see how active the project is.
Proposal
Add some page templates and scripts (possibly using Five views if we move in that direction) with common reports, and UI for accesing them.
Examples of reports:
- Number of issues submitted this month:
- by area
- by category
- number of issues resolved
- Recent activity board
The search feature could act as a reporting tool if there was a date range for creation (submission) date.

Is it possible to start on this sooner than later? I'm willing to put some development time into a monthly report feature.
Printable or exportable reports
Printing or exporting the various reports would add tremendous value to the package. Think presentations.
