Cleanup: get rid of the last traces of old-style responses, get rid of python skin scripts, get rid of the old Extensions/Install.py and go fully to GenericSetup. Support Plone 4.x only. No longer give manager of a tracker the Manager role, but a new TrackerManager role with less rights. Refactor email sending.
