A Poi issue's Description field contains intelligenttext which can not be properly parsed/groked by the rest of Plone.
- Steps to reproduce:
- 1. Create Smart Folder that searches for Issue content type
2. Create Poi issue
3. Look in Smart Folder and see lots of <br>'s, etc. in the short description displayed in the Smart Folder.

Turns out that this bug only appear when I pasted certain formatted text into the Poi Issue tracker. If the content is typed in, no problem with <br>'s, etc.

Fixed in r53794 by changing the Description method. (Includes test that passes with the new code and fails with the old code.)
