I created a newly made issue tracker and define my own Issue Types and Area. It was created as ease but everytime I submit a new issue, there's an error on the following fields:
AREA
ISSUE TYPES
there error: Value ... is not allowed for vocabulary of element ${label}.
How can i fix this??

We see this same issue in our 3.1.1 install. By disabling kss through the ZMI we were able to work around it. That, though, has the side effect of disabling in-line editing. For our purposes that was a reasonable trade-off.

In view of this, is there any way to disable KSS for just this type?

Aha, this goes wrong because the issue tries to get some values from its parent tracker. But its parent is not a tracker but a temporary folder as creation of an issue is handled by the portal_factory. And that means we only get the default values for those fields.

Fixed on trunk and merged back to branch 1.1 (should see a release soon) in r68165 and r68166.
