#83 — some files got clobbered if sharing filename with another release

This is an issue stemming from the plone.org upgrade I think.
This release:
http://plone.org/products/plone-hotfix/releases/20071106-2
included this file:
http://plone.org/[…]/PloneHotfix20071106.tar.gz
(It might not any more because I'm about to fix this for this particular product.)
whereas this older release:
http://plone.org/products/plone-hotfix/releases/20071106
includes a file of the same name:
http://plone.org/[…]/PloneHotfix20071106.tar.gz
The problem is that when you try to download the tarball for the "-2" release, what you really get is the tarball for the older release. I assume it's a problem due to the duplicated filename.

I don't see any good reason to have two files with a similar name.
