PloneMailList

PloneMailList is a Plone product able to manage standard mailing lists over Pop or Imap Protocol. Messages are stored as Plone contents and can be browsed and searched through the Plone interface.

PloneMailList is a Plone product able to manage standard mailing lists over Pop or Imap Protocol.

• Messages are stored as Plone contents and can be browsed and searched through the Plone interface. Each Mailing list targets a specific mail account on a remote Pop or Imap server.
• Members can post message using there standard mail client or using the PloneMailList web interface.
• New posted messages can be retreived on a scheduled basis from the mail server.

Subscriptions are managed using the Plone Membership tool. PloneMailList is based on the Archetypes framework and is fully compatible with all the Plone standards.
