Plone Help Registry 0.1 (Alpha release)

This is not a final release. Experimental releases should only be used for testing and development. Do not use these on production sites, and make sure you have proper backups before installing.
Initial release. Working product, but without formal tests.

The registry itself works, however at this point, the document is only partially complete, and there are no unit or functional tests.
Future plans for a through-the-Plone control panel for editing the registry (in addition to the existing, working, ZMI version) are planned, and a UI mockup is included, but is not yet functional.
