Plone-3.2 and 3.3, Linux Internet Explorer & Firefox

The following content types (Folder, Document, News, File, Event, & Image) for users w/view only permissions show the content menu View tab plus subtypes, actions, add item (add Reference Manual), and state.

I deleted all the PloneHelpCenter-3.0b1 types relating to Reference Manual, and the issue disapppeared. Thus, I can only conclude that there is a permissions issue with one or more of the Reference Manual types.

Regards... Jim
Steps to reproduce:
1. Install PloneHelpCenter-3.0b1
2. Login to Plone with a Role that has View only permissions.
Go to any Document or standard Plone Folder.
You will see the View Content Menu tab plus subtypes,
actions, add item (add Reference Manual), and state.
3. go to portal_types
4. delete all PloneHelpCenter Reference Manual types
5. go to any Document or standard Plone Folder -- issue gone.

There is a fix that's less drastic that deleting the Reference Manual type.

go to portal_types to HelpCenterReferenceManual and uncheck "implicitly addable".

The View menu bar disappears for roles w/View permissions only.

This bug still exists in PloneHelpCenter 3.0b3 (Tested with Plone 3.3.5). The above fix still works.

The HelpCenterReferenceManual type is no longer implicity addable. This fixes this bug. :)
