Creating the actual form with all its fields has to be done through the ZMI. A good plone interface for this is a big plus, as it limits the level of technical expertise you need.

Motivation
Adding fields through the ZMI is much scarier than with a good plone interface. There's a load of userfriendliness to be gained by this.
Proposal
- Investigate things like ATSchemaEditorNG.
- Brainstorm about possible user interfaces.
- Get a knowledgeable UI person to look it over.
- Implement it.
- Time/money.
Actually there's a good chance that Zest software gets a bit of funding to do work on this because a customer needs it. Interested other parties should mail Reinout .
