gpg: failed to create temporary file

GPGError "gpg: failed to create temporary file" received when using a mail adapter with an encryption key.

Your Zope/Plone process does not have the permissions necessary to operate GPG. See the README_GPG.txt file in your PloneFormGen distribution.
