(111, 'Connection refused') error upon submitting a form with a mail adapter.
This indicates that the Zope/Plone mail mechanism was unable to connect to your outgoing mail server.
This could be a problem with your mail server, but it's overwhelmingly likely that you have never specified an outgoing mail server for your Plone installation.
To set up an outgoing mail server, use the Zope Management Interface to configure the MailHost object in your site's top folder.
