When using in above Plone versions clicking on 'upload' button doesn't show File dialog.
I've discovered that it must be something witj JS or jQuery because <span id="flashuploadtarget"> is not replaced with <object id="SWFUpload_0" class="swfupload" type="application/x-shockwave-flash">
It works for Plone 3.1.7 though
Platform:
- PFU 1.2rc
- Windows
- Zope 2.10.6
- Plone 3.1.0, 3.1.1

Correct. You need at least Plone 3.1.5.1 which includes the required version of jQuery.
