PloneContactFolder

PloneContactFolder is a product that allows a visitor to send batched emails, via a form, to defined targets (contacts) and to keep the track of the sent messages on the portal itself.


Installation

  • Install the product in the Products/ directory of Zope
  • Restart Zope
  • Install the product in Plone, using the Portal QuickInstaller
  • Bind  the workflow  'contactitem_workflow' to  'Plone  Contact Item'  objects and  'contactfolder_workflow'  to  'Plone  Contact  Folder' (shall be made automatically)
  • Create an object of type 'Plone Contact Folder' wherever you want in Plone
  • Edit its property
  • Create a public link to ${this_folder}/contactitem_create_form
