Project Description

a Product to convert a CMFBoard to Ploneboard by using the exported xml file of CMFBoard as input.

However, any xml input could be used (e.g. also from phpBB or any other forum product), the only customization that is needed in cases other than CMFBoard is that one has to provide a xslt to transform the exported xml to the internally used xml format so it can be used as input for the creation of a Ploneboard instance with content. Examples are provided.

Tested with: Plone 3.0.5 + Ploneboard 2.0rc installed, using the xml export of a CMFBoard instance with version 2.1.2 (from a Plone 2.0.3 instance) as input.
