Motivation

Larger discussion boards often need to have members take responsibility for moderating specific forums. Ploneboard should support this.

Proposal

Use Plone's existing permissions/sharing features to enable Ploneboard admin to assign forum administration permissions to specific users or groups of users.

Should be as simple as enabling the sharing tab on the forum level.

Maybe use the Reviewer role for this task, or make Ploneboard create a dedicated role for Moderators (I prefer the former, though - products shouldn't add roles unless it is absolutely necessary - if you want a separate role for this, it's trivial to add if it has a permission).
