This is really strange. In a free-for-all forum, if anonymous posts and then a member replies, kupu does not appear. If the member posts a top-level comment, or replies to another member, kupu does appear. Huh?

This is cause by the kupu logic: kupu is only loaded when editing a field that has a html content type. When replying to a plain text comment that comment is the current context and as a result a reply will never use kupu.
