The remove_comment.py file is included in the PloneBoard root directory, not in skins/ploneboard_scripts.
Moving remove_comment.py to skins/ploneboard_scripts fixes resolved this issue.

OK, I'm using build 23313 (wouldn't it be nice if poi actually asked for that info, and that it were faster?), and know that I am not a programmer. I will leave it to others to move the script to the appropirate place for the next build.

This seems to have been an error in merging my branch back into trunk which put remove_comment in the wrong place.
