Migrating my 0.1b2 instance of Ploneboard seemed to go well, but upon closer inspection, my PloneboardConversation objects have a review_state called 'normal', which doesn't exist in ploneboard_conversation_workflow. This workflow state was available in Ploneboard 0.1b2, but has been removed in version 1.0. This has left the 'state' drop-down on PloneboardConversation objects broken, and I can't change their state.

I've attached a patch to fix this problem. Not sure if it's the right approach, but it works for me (hasn't had much testing though).
