The plone4bio project provides a web-based integrated environment for the management and the analysis of biological sequence data. The plone4bio package provides the possibility by adding new content types to the Plone CMS: this release of plone4bio runs with Plone4.

We use the standard BioSQL schema to store biological sequence data: one of the aims of plone4bio is to easy the way to access biological content for non-programmers, providing out-of-the-box an interface to a BioSQL compliant database.

Change log

Support for Plone4, better integration with Bioperl, some streamlining and polishing. No major features were added.
