zope.formlib is a cool libraray to build schema based forms. Because Zope 3 Schemas do not rely on being a content object like Archetypes, formlib forms can be used outside of add or edit forms.

Since the end of the Archipelago spring formlib has been (independently) included in the upcoming Five 1.4 version, so Plone 3.0 depending on Zope 2.10 will include Five 1.5 and formlib. plone.app.form is part of Plone 3.0 and is based on formlib.
