Motivation
It would be good to have a type of question that allows a respondent to upload a file, for example a picture taken with a camera phone.
This would raise some issues about how results are handled with that.
Upload size issues too perhaps.

Also, why does validation already have stuff to do with images, when we cannot currently upload images?
