#29 — quintagroup.seoptimizer needs to remove seo_install and seo_reinstall

I was getting the Errors:

ERROR GenericSetup Step seo_reinstall has an invalid import handler
ERROR GenericSetup Step seo_install has an invalid import handler

Everytime I ran any GenericSetup profile after updating the seoptimizer.

This is because there are two GenericSetup Steps that were removed from the product but not from Plone itself (when they are already there from older versions).

Steps to reproduce:: Upgrade seoptimizer.
Run any GS profile (run the plone instance in fg to see the error)
