#4 — Suggestion: allow time input in seconds, not tenths of seconds

It would be more user-friendly if the time delay field took an input denominated in seconds (with the option to do tenths of a seconds as as decimal) instead of asking for tenths of seconds. People have trouble with basic math, especially when they're moving quickly. ;-)
