PilotConference was done to organize big event like Open World Forum, to manage all the different conferences in order to know how many people are attending to each conference, and keep a contact for every participant.

Project Description

PilotConference helps you to organize and manage conferences. This products aims to be an easy-to-install and easy-to-use solution. It allows: * people to choose the different conferences they want to see.

• people to modify their choice.
• people to see their agenda for all the conferences they are register to.
• people to appear publically on the list of attendees of the talks or not.
• to be sure that a person is not register for two conferences at the same time.

PilotConference

PilotConference was done to organize big event like Open World Forum, to manage all the different conferences in order to know how many people are attending to each conference, and keep a contact for every participant.

It is also easier for the participant as they can choose and change their mind about which presentation they want to see.They can't choose a conference if they already register for another one that is the same day/hour.

The user can choose the different conferences they want to see and modify their choice at any time later.The user can see their agenda for all the conferences they are register to, and choose to appear publically on the list of attendees of the talks.
