If you use a character "&" in the initial password of the configuration file for your instance the create instance crashes inside executing mkzopeinstance.py. Other characters not tested.
- Steps to reproduce:
- instancemanager 1.0rc.dev-r35677, python 2.4.4, Zope 2.10.4, Plone3.0rc02. Without special characters in password everything works fine.

Fixed in r48361. Adding two quotes was enough. :) Thanks for reporting.
