Project Description

Project resources

Alerts the user if a content of a website has been modified. Only alerts and shows the link in the e-mail, does not tell which changes have been made. If the marked document is an smart folder with search criteria, it will check that the query results have changed.

Funcionality

  • Marks a document as changed so an alert can be e-mailed afterwards
  • Unix script (to be used with cron) that collects the modified documents and mails the alerts
  • Portlet that aggregates search alerts
