Upcoming and alpha/beta/candidate releases

  • Alpha releases should only be used for testing and development.
  • Beta releases and Release Candidates are normally released for production testing, but should not be used on mission-critical sites.
  • Always install on a separate test server first, and make sure you have proper backups before installing.

This Beta 2 release fixes some installation problems and uses improved code generated by ArchGenXML 1.4 RC1.

Hephaistos Factory
Project resources

A factory for content creation. Based on rules and rule chains this factory creates the content at the right place. This is not an replacement for portal_factory, just an addition.

If you want to sort your content in different folders based on your custom rules, this product is what you want.

Dependencies

  • Plone 2.0.5 or 2.1 (svn trunk for Plone 2.5)
  • Archetypes 1.3.>=4 (svn trunk for Archetypes 1.4)
  • ScriptableFields (bundle) 1.0
