RuntimeError: No Payment Processor Specified

This Error Reference is intended for: Any audience.

When you first install PloneGetPaid, a payment processor is not selected. If a user tries to check out, this is the error they get.

You can resolve this error by setting the payment process in your site:

 

Go to the GetPaid Setup screen (linked under Add-on Product Configuration

) and select "Payment Options". You can select the "Testing processor" to be able to test the product on your site (and not actually process charges) or select your payment processor from the list and enter the corresponding information about your account.

 

Remember to click "Apply" after you are done.
