Target release:
In line 10 of the german "fckeditor-de.po" file the Content-Type was set to iso-8859-1 while the encoding if the content was in fact utf-8. The result was the display of the 2-byte ASCII-representation of the umlauts in the UI of FCKeditor in a german Plone 2.5.3 Site.

In the svn I changed the following line in the trunk of "FCKeditor/trunk/i18n/fckeditor-de.po" :

Diff of line 10:
old: "Content-Type: text/plain; charset=iso-8859-1\n"
new: "Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8\n"
Steps to reproduce:
FCKeditor 2.5.2 with Plone 2.5.3-final with Zope 2.9.5-final, Python 2.4.4 on Ubuntu 6.6.6 LTS Server
