it would be very usefull for the project manager to see how many projects an employee is assigned,
so that he can see how much work any employee has to fulfill and assigne more work only to the employees wich are not overbooked.

Come to think of it, you *can* see this if you manually change the url to add a memberid parameter like this:
<your-site>/task_overview?memberid=jim
Anyone can do this currently if they know this trick. We could make this more easy for (Project)Managers, showing a drop-down list with employees in that task overview. Would that work for you? It would probably only be a list of users with the *global* Employee role, not the local role somewhere.
