#127 — "Add task" widget breaks if there aren't Employees

On the View page of a story, when no Employees are found, the Add Task
widget is shown without the Assignee dropdown.
When a task is added, the title is thrown away (so it isn't clickable
in the list of tasks). You have to go to the Contents tab to edit it.
