right now poi issue trackers are public available although they are inside a "private" project.
we need to add a custom workflow for poi

I'm walking through the issue list for xm. I think this issue has got nothing to do with xm really, although I confirmed it initially (over six months ago). A Poi Tracker within a standard private Folder is also viewable by Anonymous. So I think this should be a feature request for Poi itself. Rejecting it here.

BTW, a while ago I removed Poi as a dependency for xm. You can still add an issue tracker to a Project though.
