A portlet that shows logged-in members which events they have registered for.

Motivation
Portal members may want to know, quickly & easily, which events they are registered to attend. A portlet is a simple way to do that.
Proposal
Add support for identifying that a member (as opposed to an anonymous user) has registered for an event. Write the portlet UI.
