ECReviewBox is a Plone product that implements peer reviews for assignments created with ECAssignmentBox.
Project Description
ECReviewBox is an add-on for ECAssignmentBox. It allows teachers to create peer review assignments for submissions to a previous assignment box. An example:
- Using ECAssignmentBox, you create an assignment, say “Write an essay about Goethe.”
- Your students submit their essays to this assignment box.
- Then you create an ECReviewBox which references the ”Goethe” assignment box. The review box contains the new assignment: “Review the following essay about Goethe.” The review box assigns a randomly picked essay from the referenced assignment box to each student.
- When students view the review box, they will see an essay to review. They can then submit their review just like they submit answers to normal assignment boxes.
