This is the first release of ECQuiz, building on the previous releases of LlsMultipleChoice, but offering many new features and a redesigned infrastructure.

Prerequisites
To use ECQuiz you need:
- A current Plone installation, specifically Plone 2.1.x or Plone 2.5; check plone.org for details.
- The DataGridField product.
Please read the file README.txt in the product package for installation instructions.
New Features
The most notable new features (compared to the last LlsMultipleChoice release) are:
- New management of test results
- References to questions and question groups from other tests
- Tutor-graded questions
- Extended text questions (always tutor-graded)
- Each question/question group can be placed on a separate page; navigation between pages can be disabled
- Grading scale, allowing you to map test scores to grades (or other categories)
Migration from LlsMultipleChoice
ECQuiz is the successor to LlsMultipleChoice. You can have both products installed at the same time. To migrate a test from LlsMultipleChoice, export it and then import it into an ECQuiz. To do this, create a new ECQuiz object by selecting "quiz" from the "add item" menu; select the "import/export" tab, select the exported package file and click "import".
