Motivation
==========
If one will send the Newsletter to all registered Plone members, he don't want to select all any time he add a new issue. Instead of this, he want to configure the Newsletter to send the mails to all Plone members, that exist in the time of sending it.
Solution
========
We should add a field called "all Plone members" to the schema of the Newsletter CT above the "Plone members" field.
