syndication is enabled for newsletter but seems to show site RSS here

I fix this by making initializeArchetype call ATCTFolder.initializeArchetype instead of ATTopic.initializeArchetype

ENLIssue have same problem

to fix existing newsletters and issues, add /disableSyndication to their url
