Hi,
What would you think about external delivery service be looked for in local utility rather than global.
Default MailHost itself is registered as a local utility.
My use case is to use a dedicated MailHost with different configuration parameters than the default one.
I don't see how to do that with a global utility, and if there is a way, I suppose it would have to hardcode the site name or search all sites.
