#26 — Unsent Issues don't show up in Newsletter

An Issue that was created, but not yet sent, doesn't show on the Newsletter view: Below the heading "Issues" it says "There are no issues." The only way to get back to an unsent Issue seems to be to remember its id, or doing a search.
Steps to reproduce:
1. In a Newsletter, create a new Issue and save it.
2. Go back to the Newsletter.
3. Observe the created, unsent Issue doesn't show up.
