#10 — Title of subscription portlet should link to the newsletter object

Unlike Plone's portlets (e.g. for news, events and navigation) the title of an EasyNewsletter subscription portlet does not link to any other object.
It would be more coherent with other portlets and help meet the users expectations if an EasyNewsletter subscription portlet title would link to the newsletter object/page itself. There, the user can also directly go to the previously sent newsletter issues.
