Commenting options tab is available also for objects not providing interface "ICommentable" for example "Folder". After clicking the tab you get 404 page.
- Steps to reproduce:
- Install product into Plone 3.0.5
Go to portal contents (or member folder)
Click the "Commenting Options" tab

I too have seen this in Plone 3.0.6
