the datagrid currently only supports text-input fields. Having the option of some of the columns being selects where you pick an option would be very useful. the data could still be stored as a string

Enables you to restric the values for one or more columns

- Define the format for setting whether a field is an input or a select ( this should scale to more types )
- Define how vocabularies are supplied
- implement the field changes
