This release improves on 0.3 (and moves to a new version numbering scheme), adds re-ordering of rows, and fixes various bugs.

Note that for tabindexing to work properly, you need to run the as-yet-unreleased Plone 2.1.3, or the 2.1 subversion branch of Plone.
