Motivation
In order to allow ContentLicensing to be more flexible and extendible, certain methods need their permissions reviewed.
Proposal
Review and apply Andy's patch to ContentLicensing, which would modify the permissions on:
- getLicenses
- getLicenceAndHolderFromObject
- getJurisictionCode
All of these are getters, and should have View permissions, rather than ModifyPortalContent
