we should adapt the upload template to make it work with plone4 with the default plonetheme.sunburst
A) css_slot renamed to style_slot
and more importantly:
B) don't use the macros "here/base/macros/header" and "here/base/macros/footer"
since they're gone in archetypes versions after 1.6b2
(see http://dev.plone.org/archetypes/changeset/12230/)
the current release is totally broken with plone4.0a5
